The main part of the DDC is a time-bound personalized development program that allows top candidates like you to contribute to the company’s value creation while focusing on your own development. Your projects will align with the company’s future-oriented topics. You will help to carry out business needs, such as product and prototype developments, as well as conducting technical evaluations.

Upon participation, you will be immediately granted a permanent employment contract, and you will be able to stay at the DDC for a period of up to two years. Our goal during this time is to identify and find the ideal role for you within Rohde & Schwarz.
